Shipping Policy
We make sure to deliver the orders within 72 hours from the time it was placed through our website. Weekends and public holidays are exceptions. After we receive your order and payment confirmation, we will ready the product and ship them within 72 hours. If there will be any delay (which rarely happens) then the same will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped, we will provide the customer with the tracking details.
Shipping Charges
The prices on the website are inclusive of GST and packaging charges. In case, there will be any shipping cost is applicable then it will be reflected to the customer at the time of checkout before making the final payment.
Delivery Time
Deliveries across India are done within a maximum period of 3-8 working days.
Packaging & Handling Charges
We source the best quality packaging material to ensure complete safety of the orders. Depending on the nature of the product, we make use of tampered proof bags, corrugated boxes, etc. This ensures no damage during transit. A nominal charge of this packaging is included in your product price.
Returns
If in case, you do not like the taste of the product then we will not be able to replace it. If there is any issue regarding the quality of the product then you can let us know via customer support or e-mail. We will assist you regarding the same.
Please be noted, we can only return the order if a package is damaged or the products are spoiled. In such a case, provide photos to our support department via Email within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
